About us

Our research interests lie at the interface of nanomaterial science and regenerative medicine. In particular we are pursuing the surprisingly rich opportunities clay minerals present in this context. Our research vision is to employ the interactions of clay nanoparticles with biological molecules and polymers to create local environments at a site of injury or disease to stimulate and control stem-cell driven repair.
